Our all-inclusive wedding planning process is unlike any other. It is an experience that has been crafted for the last 20 years. It was created to guide you through a planning and design process that results in a day that is authentic, unforgettable and flawlessly executed so you can be guests at your own wedding. Sounds amazing right? We thought so! Today we are taking you through part 2 of our 4 part series on why couples value our all-inclusive wedding venue.
The team is the heart and soul of a wedding venue. These professional, highly experienced group of individuals will take your wedding experience to the next level. While we are pretty sure your Maid of Honor can kick butt on wedding planning tasks, how great would it be if she was able to just enjoy this process with you and be a guest on your special day? This is what we want for you, your family, and your wedding party. Below is a sneak peek look into the Team included at our venue:
Pre Wedding Team
The Event Liaison is your go to person during your planning process. She will set up a series of meetings to get to know you as a couple and answer any questions you may have. She works really closely with everyone else in the office to ensure no detail is missed. She will request information that is needed from you and she will be there to help guide you throughout the process.
Your Vendor Coordinator reserves and manages the communication with all of your included wedding vendors. She will confirm time of arrival and certificates of insurance for any vendors that are not already included in our package. This includes your photographer, videographer, hair and makeup artists, transportation, live musician, etc.
Your Floral and Design Team will plan and create the look and design of your wedding through a series of meetings. They help bring your vision to life by requesting inspiration from you and pulling decor that suits your theme. This ensures that your wedding reflects you and your style. The Floral Team works directly with your designers to create all of your floral arrangements. They will replicate exactly the design that you and your designer created together.
We are always so proud to show off our grounds here at Cross Creek Ranch. Our Grounds Team always take care of every detail from trimming, edging, mulching, replacing shrubs and raising new plants at our nursery. They are constantly upgrading and enhancing the grounds here on property to create a picture perfect backdrop for your wedding day.
Day Of Team
Your Lead Coordinator will be with you at the end to bring it all together. She will help you plan out all the details of your day from the moment you arrive on wedding day to the moment you leave and everything in between. They will plan out details such as: how you and your wedding party are going to walk down the aisle, if you are tossing your bouquet, when you are cutting your cake and all the other moments in between.They are the person behind the scenes that will ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly and that you are staying on time so that you can have an awesome, stress free wedding day.
Your Assistant Coordinator will be here to greet your fiancé and their wedding party. They will pin boutonnieres, place corsages and make sure that the family and wedding party members are organized and ready to go.They will also assist the Lead Coordinator during the ceremony and be by your side while taking after ceremony photos.
Your Bridal Assistant will be available for our Carriage House Stable couples two hours prior to the start of your ceremony. They will make certain that everything is taken care of before you even know that it needs to be done. She will ensure you are staying hydrated by setting out clear beverages for you to sip on. She will help take care of your bridal party and organize your first photography sessions, keep you on the timeline, keep your dress off the ground and be your go to person in any situation. Lastly your Bridal Assistant will hangout with you while the rest of your wedding party is lining up. And she will make sure you make it to the ceremony when it’s your time.
Your DJ, will be your emcee throughout the night. They work closely with your Lead Coordinator to ensure that your timeline is followed, the appropriate songs are played and announcements are made. Feel free to come up with a playlist for your DJ. If you are unsure of what songs to pick, don’t worry! Our DJ’s are the song picking gurus and have access to thousands of tunes just for you.
The Setup Team consists of an amazing group of individuals that are kind of like our heavy lifters. They are the ones that are moving items like your chairs, tables, furniture, signs and lawn games.They work closely with the designer to ensure everything is placed where it needs to be. They follow a very extensive and strict checklist which is several pages long to again ensure that nothing is missing and that everything is in place.
The Design Team sets up all of your decor at the ceremony site, cocktail hour and reception space. These hard working individuals are extremely detail-oriented. They make sure that the glassware, silverware, chargers, linens and the centerpieces are all perfectly measured on your reception tables. The design team also follows a very extensive and strict checklist to make sure that no detail is left undone.
Your wedding day Setup and Design Team bring your vision to life. They take the plans that you and your designer have put together and create a space where memories are made.
We have an amazing Banquet Team that will serve you and your guests during cocktail hour and dinner service. Our banquet team will also clear off all the tables, cut and serve your desserts, and break down all of the decor at the end of the night so you and your family don’t have to. We also have phenomenal bartenders who will be serving you and our guests beer, wine and awesome cocktails.
