A fresh tropical oasis filled with palm leaves and white orchids

For those of you who are not tying the knot in paradise, we invite you to incorporate the tropics into your wedding day.  For this fresh tropical styled shoot, we chose some favorite island-inspired elements such as bamboo, palm leaves and pineapples!

Let’s talk décor! Working with the natural wood of the Carriage House Stable, we filled the table with lots of bamboo motifs. Finding gold bamboo flatware was a dream! Thanks to Kate Ryan Event Rentals. Bamboo chairs and wicker chargers were provided by A Chair Affair.  From the bamboo, we knew we needed to add pineapples, gilded candelabras, green goblets and lush tropical centerpieces with white orchids.

We continued to match the same tropical elements into the Chapel. With an all-white background, we filled the ceremony with lots of greenery and fresh pineapples.

We are still obsessing over our model’s wedding day look. Destiny and Light Hair and Makeup Group ensured that this brides look was just as exotic as our décor. She represented a tropical goddess in this light and flowy wedding gown by The White Closet Bridal Company.

We are still swooning over the bouquet created by Alta Fleura. As well as the banana leaf print cake and mini upside-down pineapple cakes from Alessi Bakeries. After this styled shoot, we are ready to pack our bags and set sail to an exotic wonderland. But for now, we invite you to join us as we dive on into these images by Lifelong Photography.  Enjoy this little tropical getaway at Cross Creek Ranch.
