Who can I call at the office when I have questions?

Luckily for you, you have an entire team helping you plan your big day! Depending on your question, you can find who to contact on our Team page. You may also call our office (813) 651-0934 at any time and our receptionist will be able to help you find who the perfect person is for your question!

What is the maximum number of guests for weddings/receptions?

Cross Creek Ranch can accommodate 150 at The Carriage House Stable, 75 at The French Country Inn, and 65 at The Oak Hall including bride & groom.

What time do you typically schedule weddings?

Depending on the time of year, our weddings typically start at either 4 pm or 5 pm. All events end no later than 10 pm.

Can I use my own vendors?

With 19 years of experience, we have selected some of the best vendors in the Tampa area for you to work with. Each detail of your wedding, from the catering to the napkin rings, is custom for you, and you’ll hand select every detail. We will provide catering and desserts, DJ services, planning and coordination staff, floral and wedding décor, and more. You may provide your officiant, photographer, and videographer, or you can choose one of those vendors from our recommendation list!

How will I select my flowers and décor?

Starting with an initial design meeting, you’ll select high-quality silk flowers and décor from our inventory for your ceremony and reception. Following your design meeting, you will have a consultation with our fresh floral designer to select your bouquet and boutonnière flowers.

Can we have a wedding rehearsal and dinner at the Ranch?

Absolutely! The day before your wedding, you’ll have a wedding rehearsal with your Wedding Coordinator to go over each detail of the wedding timeline. This rehearsal will be scheduled a month prior to your wedding.

Can you recommend an officiant?

If you don’t already have an officiant for your ceremony, Cross Creek Ranch has a list of preferred vendors for you to use. 

Must I provide a seating chart for guest tables at the reception?

Seating charts are required to ensure that everyone has a place setting at the reception. To make things easy, we’ll send you a template about six weeks before your wedding. Just give us a list of names, along with the table where they’ll be seated, and we’ll do the rest.

Where will I get ready for my wedding?

Getting ready on property can be an easy and stress-free option for the morning of your wedding, so we’ve provided you with some options! The Carriage House Stable includes the Cottage which is available 2 hours prior to the start of your ceremony and the Den which is available 90 minutes prior to the start of your ceremony. Available as a getting ready space enhancement we have the Main House and the Hideaway.

The Oak Hall includes the Farm House available 90 minutes prior to the start of your ceremony and the Cabin available 1 hour prior to the start of your ceremony. Both spaces are available to rent for the day as a getting ready space enhancement.

The French Country Inn includes the Little House available 90 minutes prior to the start of your ceremony and the Main Suite available 1 hour prior to the start of your ceremony. The Little House is available to rent for the day as a getting ready space enhancement. 

Are there overnight accommodations at Cross Creek Ranch?

Three months prior to your Carriage House Stable wedding and pending availability, you may reserve a stay at our Bed & Breakfast for you and your bridal party. Check-in is 3:00 pm the day before your wedding. Wedding morning breakfast is provided at 9:00 am for the brides and bridesmaids. You can spend the day getting ready for your big event, even bringing in hair and make-up artists. Lodging is for up to six guests.

What’s the plan in case of rain?

Cross Creek Ranch is an outdoor venue, so this is a natural question! All booked events will be held, rain or shine!

In the case of a light shower, you may choose to slightly delay the start of your ceremony until the rain subsides. For persistent rain, we will move your ceremony into the designated reception space.

Being an outdoor venue, how to you approach mosquitos and wildlife?

Before each event, the property is treated for mosquitoes and insect repellant devices are hidden throughout the property.

Additional insect repellent for guests will be available at the bar throughout the evening.

Do you partner with hotels for out-of-town guests?

We partner with two hotels, the Hilton Garden Inn, and the Residence Inn. Both are within a ten to fifteen-minute drive of the Ranch. Shuttle service may be available for you and your wedding party. Check with your desired hotel for more information. 

What hotels do you recommend for my out-of-town guests?

Both are within a ten-minute drive from Cross Creek Ranch and will provide complimentary shuttle transportation for members of the wedding party to and from the wedding (may require minimum nights booked).
