Hillsborough County Marriage License Requirements

Here are the requirements according to the Hillsborough County Clerks Office:

• Both parties have to be at least 18 years old and both must be present to obtain license.

• Must show ID, either driver's license, state ID, military ID, passport.

• Must provide social security number.

• If either party has been married before, must have date that that marriage ended.

• NO blood test is needed but there is a 3-day waiting period for anyone who hasn't filed with Hillsborough County before.
